Shipping Information

We ship our products to Romania and all EU countries using reliable courier services.

Shipping Schedule

We ship once a week, every Monday.

All orders placed and paid by Sunday at 23:59 CET will be prepared for shipment on Monday.
Orders placed after that will be shipped the following Monday.

Delivery Times

Delivery usually takes:

• 1–3 working days in Romania
• 7–10 working days in most EU countries

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, local courier services, and holidays.

We currently deliver to all European Union countries

If you're outside the EU and are interested in ordering, please email us first at shop@thinkables.eu and we’ll check what’s possible.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your package is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with:

• The final invoice
• Shipping details and tracking info (if available)
